AREA

We are based in Castries, 10 kilometres from the regional capital Montpellier of some 300,000 inhabitants. Montpellier has a remarkable architectural diversity with its old pedestrian city centre, with all services which one requests from a large city (hospitals, theatres, museums, 2 operas, more than 30 movie theatres), and its new district built by the Catalan architect Ricardo Bofill. It is also a very young city. With its 3 universities, it is the first town of France for the number of students per inhabitant. Languedoc-Roussillon reveals a preserved past, a lively present and a bright future and, of course, offers 300 days a year of sun. Montpellier is ideally situated for travel to the south of France and the Mediterranean being supplied by new modern motorways, an international airport (London, Frankfurt, Copenhagen, Madrid) which is only 15 minutes from the city centre, its harbour in 30mn (Sète) for the cruises towards Morocco or in the Mediterranean Sea, and the comfortable superfast TGV train which is 3½ hours from Paris and 6 from London.

AFTER SALES SERVICE

On one hand, a follow up from the end of the reservation contract “compromis de vente” to the signature of the final deed at the notary is guaranteed. On the other hand, Home Connection will be working with you during all construction work until you get into your new home. We will provide pictures during each stage of construction, and information on choices of tiling, bathroom and kitchen furniture which can be installed. We will be in permanent touch with the Developer for regular updates which will give you sufficient notice to provide funds on the completion of each stage of the building. We will help you with setting up accounts with all the utility companies for electricity, gas, water and telephone even setting up schooling for the children.
